Our regular office hours are Monday – Tuesday and Thursday – Friday, 8 am – 4 pm. We are closed on Wednesdays and weekends but are always available by phone or portal unless specifically noted for personal reasons.

We are not closed for lunch. NO WALK-IN APPOINTMENTS. You must call or utilize our portal to schedule in-person appointments or televisits.

In the event of a life-threatening medical emergency, call emergency medical services at 911 immediately. DO NOT WAIT! Inform the emergency room staff that you are a patient of Dr. Milli’s Medical Wellness Center, and they will contact us.

If you have an urgent medical need and need to talk to Dr. Santorufo after our regular hours, please call our office at (678) 737-4863. The doctor is on-call 24 hours a day. She will return your call within two hours if you reach out after-hours.

If Dr. Santorufo suggests a specialist evaluation or diagnostic testing that requires a referral, we will make every effort to provide this for you as soon as possible.

Some referrals require insurance preauthorization and cannot be processed immediately. Insurance guidelines prohibit us from backdating referrals. We require three business days for the processing of routine referrals.

Dr. Santorufo is on staff at Northside Hospital; however, all inpatient management is done by hospitalists.

Prescriptions and refills for established patients of Dr. Milli’s Medical Wellness Center are routinely issued during our regular office hours (see above). You can make your request by calling our office at (678) 737-4863. Refill requests can also be made through the patient portal. It may take up to one business day to process refills.

Refills are generally not issued during the evenings, weekends, or holidays, as the doctor may not have access to all your medical records during those times. It is helpful to anticipate your refill needs to avoid an interruption in your medication therapy.
